I am looking for programs or devices that can read nursing text books aloud, can you suggest any?

I need a way that someone with severe dyslexia can get nursing text books read to her. Dyslexics learn differently. They process & retain in audio form much better than reading format. I understand many books are on tape or audio today but the Nursing text books are not, so I need a way to get them read to her. Whether it is a stand-alone device or some way to get them on computer & then an audio reading program. I have seen devices on TV, but don't know how to find them. Thanks.

The best solution for this situation is to use a text reading application, such as NaturalReader or TextAloud. You can use these applications for reading text files or to convert them to audio files.
