I keep getting an error message. It's "Unexpected error tolerance too tight for DLL". Is this a program or a user error? How do I fix it?

I keep getting an error message. It's "Unexpected error tolerance too tight for DLL". Is this a program or a user error? How do I fix it?

There are 3 ways to fix this issues:

  • Go to Edit > maths option and change the minimum step to 1e-16
  • Adjust the integration algorithm to > ROCK2, RK-Chebychev and RK-Cameron.
  • Make sure to use a balance tank and the volume of the tank is always kept above 0.

These fixes are known to work to fix this problem for STOAT application.
