Microsoft Office updates itself through the Windows Update. Before attempting to download something from the Internet, use Windows Update. You can access it from your computer in Control Panel under System and Security. if you have issues downloading trough Windows Update, visit the Download Center and enter "office XXXX update" where XXXX is the version of your Office package: 2003, 2007, 2010, or 2013.
