When I try to use HP MediaSmart Internet TV it gives me a message that's saying the system needs Flash Player.

You can get Adobe Flash Player from the official Adobe website. What you need is the ActiveX plug-in that installs into the operating system. The ActiveX can be downloaded from the related Flash downloads page at Adobe.
