If you left your images encrypted and then reinstalled the software then the files are gone forever. The problem with encryption tools is that they generate a certain ID to the encrypted files. Once you remove the application and reinstall it again, that ID is different. Even if you have the password or the unlock instructions, you will not be able to decrypt them.
