Purity doesn't work properly.

I bought the software in 2009 for 99.00 dollars. Last week, the key notes were messed up (C sounds like G, A sounds like D and so on). I reset the software to factory settings and it is no longer responding. What can I do?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Also, you can upgrade the software to its latest version which costs $49.
