What file contains my contacts?

I'm using Alcatel PIMphony and I'm going to change the computer. I saved a lot of contacts and I want to know what file contains this information. I don't want to lose all my contacts. Can you help?

The contacts are stored in the list.mdb file which is located in AppData folder. In order to access this directory, go to Start, type %appdata%/ in the Search programs and files field and open the Alcatel PIMphony folder. If you want, besides list.mdb, you can save the log.mdb file which contains your login information.
