The run-time errors, may occur if your computer doesn't run a compatible operating system or if you're not logged on an Administrator account. In order to fix the issue, right-click on the program installer, select Properties and go to Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select a compatible operating system and check the Run this program as an Administrator option below Privilege Level. After that, click Apply and then OK. Also, if you're using Windows XP or below, update your Windows Installer using the link provided by Microsoft.
