The location depends according to the settings selected by you during the installation process. I suggest you check the (C:) > Users > PC 22 > Pictures directory and the installation folder of the program. If you can't find the location, go to Start, type kind:pics in the Search programs and files field, right-click a file saved by the program and select Open file location. Alternatively, select Properties, open the General tab and you will find the directory next to Location field.
