Product key character is missing.

I lost my CD from my Toshiba Recovery and Application/Drive Cd and I want to install Word, Excel and PowerPoint. My PC crashed and updated but I can't find my Office applications. What should I do to get them back?

Since the key comes from a bundled product, Microsoft will never offer support for OEM products. You need to buy the Office package again if you want Word, Excel, and PowerPoint functionality.
