After using the Sprint Smartview device I click on the Eject Devices icon and I get the following message: "The Serra Wireless Storage Device is not removable and cannot be ejected or unplugged." How do I fix this?
You cannot eject a wireless storage device because there is no need to remove a device that is not attached physically to the PC. You can only remove USB storage devices that are attached through the USB port.
