My Panda Internet Security 2011 is not working how it should.

I have purchased Panda security 2011. After installing that version, yet it seems that my computer has so many errors and viruses, when I scanned the whole system, the software found that it was clear. I believe that this is not possible. Can someone help me?

After you installed this software, in order to work correctly, you must update the virus database before you completely scan you system. This can be the cause that your software didn't found any malicious application on your computer.

If Panda didn't find any security threats, it means the problem with errors is caused by something else. Use CCleaner to clean the registry files and any other obsolete entries. This step will take care of the slow performance issues.

Once you have finished the job with CCleaner, temporary turn off any antivirus solutions (Panda Internet Security) then scan your computer with Combofix.
Visit the website and download it through BleepingComputer. Scan the computer and you will see that Combofix will wipe any threat from your computer if Panda failed to do it.
