How do I get rid of the 'PYTHON.dll' which pops up every start? This is a throwback to recurrent problems of the early 2000's.

How do I get rid of the 'PYTHON.dll' which pops up every start? This is a throwback to recurrent problems of the early 2000s.

Go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Select Startup tab and disable the program associated with the DLL file. Next time you'll open the computer, the error should disappear.
