Photo Tagger (data logger) cannot be used because the vertical bars that I have to enter as part of the product key give ´Wrong product key´ as result. What can I do?
Try to enter the key without the dashes. Alternatively, contact the software developers at sales@itravel-tech.com and explain the situation. It's possible that the serial key is not usable anymore.
