I want to use a cordless DECT phone on our BCM system but when plugged in, it does not register. Can you advise if I need to set the BCM Management System to accept a DECT phone?

To be able to attach a DECT phone, you need to use the manual of the application to see if the DECT phone is on the list of the supported phones. If it's not, you will not be able to register it properly.
