I have my activation key which is also my order number but I don't seem to be able to download again to reactivate my software. Any ideas ?

I bought this software from Digital River for $9.95. A few weeks later I had to do a total clean reinstall of Windows Vista. I have my activation key which is also my order number but I don't seem to be able to download again to reactivate my software. Any ideas ?

EPSON Smart Panel is not available for downloading. This application is either bundled with your CD or in a commercial state. However, try contacting Epson Support to find more information about this application.
