I can't run JumpStart Kindergarten due to an error.

When I run JumpStart Kindergarten, I receive "Please insert the JumpStart Kindergarten Deluxe CD while holding down the Shift key". What can I do?

The software is not correctly installed and you need to reinstall it using the CD provided by Knowledge Adventure. If you no longer have the installation CD, you need yo contact the developer because there isn't an online resource available to download it. Also, you can try to acquire it from Amazon, eBay or other similar websites.
