Unfortunately, the application is not compatible with the latest Windows platforms and there is no driver or update available to make it compatible. In order to fix the problem, right-click on the installer, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select a compatible Windows platform, click Apply and then OK. After that, right-click again on the installation package and select Run as Administrator. Also, if your new computer runs Windows 7, you can try installing the program in Windows XP Mode environment.
