I receive "Unable to open user database all data in journal will be deleted" message.

I have a Windows operating system and when I open VantagePoint software I get a "Unable to open user database all data in journal will be deleted" message. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the product. Navigate to the official web page, click the orange Download Now button, save the file to your computer and install the program over the current version. Also, make sure your security program and Windows Firewall allows the connection. If you still have issues, reinstall the software and configure it using the steps from the official user guide.
