I downloaded the program and I activated it. However, it would not let me register the account and when my computer shuts down unexpectedly, the program is removed from my hard drive. Can you help?
In order to fix this issue, I suggest you uninstall the application and download and install a new copy from the official web page. Also, after the removing process is completed, run CCleaner or Glary Utilities.
