Unfortunately, there is no information about the software. No documentation or troubleshooting is provided as well. I have tried to look for a manual or a way to import the data, but there is none. If you have the software installed, go to Help > Contents. The procedure you have to look at is directly related to Import. In the Help menu, go to Search and type import. You will see all available import functions supported by the application.
