Could you tell me how to use Word 9 Merge application? I am using a friend's Word 9 to help her get used to it - but can't find the Merge application.
You can access Mail Merge from the Tools menu > Mailings > Mail Merge. But before doing this you need to define certain things. Mail merge feature is present in most of the Word application.
