The program is updated, but it tells me that it is not. How can I fix the problem? I already uninstalled and reinstalled it.
In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the program, run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and download and install the latest version (RealPlayer Cloud) directly from the official web page. Alternatively, launch the software and update it automatically from Real Player menu > Check for Updates. If you still have issues, contact the Technical Support.
