I get a "MPEG 4 plugin is not installed" message. Where can I get this plugin?

In order to fix this issue, I suggest you install the QuickTime plugin. It handles all MPEG files (MPEG media, MPEG audio and MPEG-4 media) and it comes packaged with QuickTime Player. Once you install it, go to Chrome Settings > Tools Extensions and check the Enable box next to the plugin. Check the Google Chrome Support page for further details.
