I have an HP G62 PC. It came up with WIDCOMM Bluetooth installed and every time when I try to access it, I'm receiving the "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" message. What should I do to fix it? Should I reinstall the software?

You're receiving this error because your computer doesn't have the correct C++ runtime components. In order to fix it, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) or Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) from the official web page. After that, reinstall the WIDCOMM Bluetooth drivers.
