PC5 and WinPEP compatibility.

Can you view PC5 data through the WinPEP software like you can with the PC111? It lets you select PC111 as an expansion option, but it will not connect when you do the same with the PC5 that is plugged through USB.

Yes, if you are able to use it with PC111, you should be able to use the program with PC5 (PCV). In order to fix the connection issue, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Expand the Universal Serial bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the PC5 device using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. If you still have problems, I suggest you contact the support team.
