Yes, if you are able to use it with PC111, you should be able to use the program with PC5 (PCV). In order to fix the connection issue, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Expand the Universal Serial bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the PC5 device using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers.
