Logitech HD Pro C910 software and drivers fail to install on Windows Vista and Windows 7. The camera was working fine, but now it doesn't. I tried to install the package on Windows Vista and Windows 7 32bit, but they failed to register as a Logitech device. They appears as a USB video device with generic Microsoft drivers. The USB ports are fine. I tried without success to install the downloaded software and to use the CD. I installed the package before from CD and it worked fine for 1 month. What can I do?

Windows vista and windows 7 does not need those drivers to run those hardware. If the hardware is not working properly go to device manager and than right click on your hardware and click on update driver option.

In order to fix the problems, I recommend you access the official web page, select your operating platform and download and install the latest drivers available. If you still have problems, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the webcam using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If it doesn't help, try updating the Windows Installer through Windows Update and run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft. If the issues persist, contact the support team using the Logitech Support page.
