I'm using video chat with my friends and now when I tried to turn on the camera the quality is really bad. You can't see anything. I tried to turn the lens and it stuck. What to do?
The problem with clarity is related to the lens wheel. If it's stuck try to gently "force" it to spin. If it still doesn't want to work, you might need to replace the product because there is no other way to restore the focus of the camera.
