This could and it's most likely possible that the "problem" (if you could count it as a problem) is related to server settings. Some websites and servers use a hotlink protection or a policy which forbids download managers to download the files. In this case, you will need to disable the download manager to download the files properly. To do this, simply disable the integration with the browsers from Options > Monitoring.
