I can't see the channels clearly.

I have a problem with my I-O DATA GV-MVP/RZ3 device. I live in Tokyo and I have connected the I-O DATA GV-MVP/RZ3 device to my Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 computer and I switched to satellite television reception. Apparently all cables and software are connected correctly, but is not yet possible to see the channels well. Sounds good, but the picture is very blurry as if it had no antenna. I've tried to do everything we can without success. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your Video Card model and download and install the latest drivers from the developer's web page. If it doesn't help, uninstall the I-O DATA GV-MVP/RZ3 device and install it again.
