Can someone help me with System Restore that is not working? I have this error message: "ePowerTray has stopped working, Shadow Copy service used by System Restore is not working".
Go to Start > Run and type services.msc. Locate Volume Shadow Copy, start it and set it to automatic then perform the same operation. It's best to restart the computer and then perform the same operation for the changes to take effect properly.
