I can't start Sibelius. I receive a "The application failed to start properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application" message. What can I do?

I can't start Sibelius. I receive a "The application failed to start properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application" message. What can I do?

If you have iMesh and iLivid products, Kaspersky Internet Security, Avast Antivirus, AVG Antivirus, Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, Google Desktop or PGP Desktop installed on your computer, update it and reboot the PC. If this doesn't fix the problem, update your Sibelius product. Also, run the Sibelius Compatibility Tool, click the Fix Now button and restart the computer after the process is completed.
