First, check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the program:
- OS: Windows 98/Me/2000/XP;
- Processor: Pentium II 300 Mhz or faster;
- RAM Memory: 64 MB;
- Free Hard Disk Space: 750 MB (1.8 GB recommended for full installation);
- Sound card for audio e-cards.
If the requirements are fulfilled, update your Windows Installer and go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manger. Expand the CD/DVD drive list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer and press the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows will automatically find and reinstall the drivers.
If the problem persists, check if you have Zone Alarm installed on your computer and uninstall it (Control Panel > Uninstall a program). After that, go to My Computer > (C:) drive > Windows and delete the files from Temp folder. Next, try again to install the program using Administrator rights.
