I have Acer Crystal Eye webcam installed on my laptop. Do I need to uninstall Acer Crystal Eye webcam first to install "YouCam"?

Yes, in order to use YouCam properly, you will have to remove Acer Crystal Eye webcam first. The second application is a basic version of the first one, so it is necessary to be uninstalled before using its upgraded version.
