TVR 2.5 OEM card is not working.

I have installed a driver for TVR 2.5 PC TV Tuner card, but cable option is not active and I can't watch TV. Is my card not working or do I need to download some other items? I have installed only the driver from the Internet because I have lost my CD.

You need to install both the driver and the software. You can read the related question in order to obtain the driver. Alternatively, try configuring the software to acquire signal from the cable only. Practically, you'll need to change the source of the signal.
