Can I use this program to capture photos from a webcam?
There is no such option in acdsee.
No, it doesn't has a photo capturing feature. As you can see on the review page of the program, ACDSee is developed only to organize and edit photos. You can try to find an application for your needs by visiting the website of your webcam developer. Also, you can use WebCamera, Webcam Surveyor, or SocialWebcam.
