I installed the software on my Windows 7 computer, but I'm receiving errors. When I launch it, the computer says that the driver is not installed. I checked the device and the driver is installed properly with no errors. Also, I'm receiving "QueryInterfaceIGOChipConfigFailed" error when I'm starting to capture and after that the capture screen freezes. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the software is not compatible with Windows 7 platforms. It has been developed to run only on Windows XP and below operating systems. A solution to run the program on your PC can be the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try installing the program in Windows XP Mode environment. As an alternative, you can use an application from Software Informer database.
