I have a Harward Vimicro301 Neptune webcam and I use a Windows XP PC. It tells me that the software is not compatible with the Windows XP platforms. What can I do?

HARWARD Video Power is a webcam capture utility specially designed for Harward devices. If it is not compatible with your Windows XP system, I suggest you use an alternative utility from Software Informer database. If you need a free of charge application check the Free only box from the left.
