Why my eMode Management is not working?

The eMode Management requires that the correct installation of the driver since it's using one. You can download the driver from the support page for your Acer product. Additionally, go to Device Manager and make sure there are no yellow signs next to the devices. In case there is one, right click it and select Update driver then follow the instructions of the wizard.
