My BlackBerry battery is fully charged but it keep saying "low battery" and shuts down. Can you help?

You can try to "kick start" your mobile. Connect your BlackBerry to a good wall charger and wait for 2 hours. Remove the battery without disconnecting your mobile from the charger, wait for 15 minutes, insert it again and wait for another 2 hours. If the problem persists, you need to contact the manufacturer.
