When I am trying to connect it shows not responding and is not getting connected.

Log on the website of the product and check your account. Alternatively, reinstall the application using the updated client from the website and make sure the application is allowed to connect through Firewall. There is also the possibility you have tried to connect while the servers were in maintenance.
