Adding a drop down list on one input prompt

We are going to use another terminal emulation software (i.e. Anita) without modification on our host application program (text based). Therefore, how can we add a drop down list on an input prompt (data entry screen) without modifying the host application program?

Unless the software allows you to modify its structure, this operation is not possible. No developer will allow you to change his program (unless it's an open source) and build it from source using specific compilers. I recommend contacting the AniTa developer to find more information about this. As the product is shareware, any modification you perform on the software will leave you without support or violate the ToS of the application.
