Windows Live Messenger 2011 problems.

Question

I just installed Messenger 2011, and I have 3 problems.

1. Whenever I write to a friend the text doesn't stays in the window but disappears after a while or disappears if I touch the mouse.
2. I have a serial of numbers in my box where I write and I see the same numbers on the screen above.
3. I can't reply on a video call because I don't see the accept/not accept button on my screen.

Can anyone help me?

Try reinstalling NET Framework, then download the latest version of Windows Live Essentials to update your product. Since the 2011 versions many things have been updated in terms of Windows Live components.
