I have a problem with starting x800 TV Pro. When I start it, it says "TV Card initialization failed" and I can't get it to work properly.

Try re-installing the drivers associated with this product. If Windows can't initialize the card properly it's usually because of problems with drivers. Re-installing should fix this issues.
