How can I use the EZ Tape Converter with another player?

I wish to use the EZ Tape Converter with another player, like Windows Media Player, or RealPlayer SP, but not with the iTunes. It's possible?

You can use the application with your favorite player. Itunes is recommended for the Mac version of the product. If you install the software, it will not ask you to install iTunes.
