Download and install the application and the right click on your desktop and select Properties or Personalization. Select the screensaver tab/menu and use the Heart On Fire Screensaver from the list of available screensavers. Click Settings and configure the screensaver, in case it has a Settings menu. Some wallpapers don't have a settings menu you can use.
