Can't record or don't have sound.

When I press the recording button the video is freezing and I can't record the video at all. Before this problem started, I recorded a video and it didn't had sound.
Please help!

You should try reinstalling the driver for you web camera. You can find the proper driver for it on the producer support web page. Also you may want to use the original software from the same web site for recording your video.
