When I run the game it says "Initialization of direct3D failed". There is probably a problem with the display adapter or its properties. What can I do?

When I run the game it says "Initialization of direct3D failed". There is probably a problem with the display adapter or its properties. What can I do?

First, check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the game:

  • Operating System: Windows XP;
  • Processor: Pentium 4 with 1.8GHz;
  • Video Card: DirectX® 9.0c Compatible with 128MB RAM;
  • RAM Memory: 1GB;
  • DirectX: DirectX 9;
  • HDD Space: 2 GB.

If the requirements are fulfilled, update your video card drivers and download and install the latest version of DirectX. If none of these works, you will need to change your video card.
