I got a new laptop and it came with a program called CyberLink YouCam. I think it was version 1.0. I upgraded the application to version 3.0, but it was a 30 days trial. Now I want my full version 1.0 back. Can you help me?
As you can see on the official web page, the bundled version of the application should come with a CD. On that CD you will have the installation package and the serial-key to activate the product. If not, you need to contact the laptop provider to receive a new copy. If you can't find the CD or the laptop provider, you will have to register as a CyberLink Member and submit a technical support form to ask for a new copy.
