You have problems to use Pinnacle TVCenter Pro on your computer because the application is not developed to run on Windows 7 platforms. It can be installed and used only on Windows Vista and Windows XP operating systems. However, a solution can be the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try to install the program in the Windows XP Mode environment.
